When you click it a small window that looks almost identical to the stand-alone client opens. This is where you can pick your server location–A US location to watch the American Netflix–and turn the VPN on or off. Great extension for Chrome, super user friendly. Connects easily to Netflix and works pretty well. Occasionally there are some buffering/syncing issues for the person without the remote, but I'm not sure how much this is due to the strength of my internet connection.
